ResPublica today launch a
new not-for-profit company, the ResPublica Trust, to manage our domestic policy development and research activities in London.
The change to the structure follows
publication of ResPublica's six month results for the current trading year,
which showed an increase in turnover and profitability. The change brings
ResPublica in line with the majority of UK based think-tanks.
ResPublica Policy Limited will
continue to handle all of Mr Blond’s speaking engagements and consultancy work.
Phillip Blond will announce the first
of four trustees who will oversee the management of the ResPublica Trust
alongside himself. They are Professor John
Milbank, David Hawkins, Steve Wyler and Professor Simon Lee.
The official inauguration of the Trust will take place at
ResPublica’s Summer Reception, on 14th July in Westminster.
